Fastfood Favorites at Home

Money management is a skill I seek to develop as a freelancer/WAHM and homemaker. I believe it is essential in my overall self-improvement especially since most things in life require resources to 'happen'. As a freelancer, I want to pursue plans of growing my freelance business, Happy Freelancing, and this requires money capital to happen. As a WAHM, I desire to continue to be the hands-on parent(s) that Bunch and I have always tried to be, and this requires financial support to Isha's dreams and activities. As a homemaker, I need to invest on tools and resources to help with housechores for effective time management and work-life balance. Financial freedom or the lack of it can make or break my short-term and long-term goals. I need to carefully look into our budget and improve in areas where I can. Food takes a huge chunk on our weekly budget. I believe this is normal for most of us, however; when unplanned dine-in and take-outs get in the picture; it becomes a whole ...

What People Should Know About How I Work

Busy is a sickness  and I don't want it in my life. When life seems full, however; we're left with no option than to say we are busy for lack of a better term. Really, as much as I want to say I am not busy, I am, and there's no way I can sugarcoat it.  Being busy for all the good reasons should not be condemned. Juggle ongoing! As of this writing, li'l lady is already sound asleep with Bunch while I try to stay up to get some work done. For the past weeks, my crazy schedule has been to get up early and retire late. I'm OK with it because it's part of the lifestyle I chose as a WAHM. Being able to stay home to see my li'l lady grow up right before my eyes while pursuing a career from home is not so bad of a reward for days when I would lack some sleep, after all.  The stress that comes with this lifestyle is what I can't deny though. In fact, this blog is one of my ways to stay sane despite my irregular schedule and the mountain of responsibilities I face daily. It's not easy to be homemaking, parenting and freelancing all at the same time! This is why I decided to become a Relaxed Wahmmy no matter what. Being a Relaxed Wahmmy requires effort, patience and commitment. As a Relaxed Wahmmy, I need to make conscious effort to stay relaxed in trying situat...
